The creative showcases real stories about customers and how Walgreens is there to support them throughout different chapters of their lives. We embraced the signature red color and simplified the color palette to include four colors to evoke a softer, caring feel, while maintaining an uplifting tone. The photography should make customers feel good. Each image captures a moment in time to tell a story while celebrating the uniqueness of the subject. We feature genuine human interactions, real environments and softer colors. The copy complements the imagery and makes our audience feel. Messaging is empathetic, encouraging and relatable. The overall tone is positive and optimistic.
