Walgreens has a successful loyalty program and data showed it would be beneficial to focus on the beauty category and introduce customer benefits in a new program. We developed the name and brand identity for this program catering to beauty buyers.
Idea: Show the excitement about the introduction of this new program
Named the program beauty enthusiast and featured talent with excitement in their expressions holding product or accessories. There was a call to action, “Join the club” across channels to create a sense of exclusivity and to encourage customer sign up. There was a lot of applause for this program because of the omni-channel work completely created in-house and it is one of the most successful programs for Walgreens to date.
